Preschool Tumbling
The Preschool Tumbling class is for kids who have little or no tumbling experience. Instruction will focus on the fundamentals: tumbling techniques, strengthening, flexibility and body control. Students will focus on the following skills: forward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, back rolls, backbends, and will be introduced to backbend kickovers.
Beginner Tumbling
Our Beginner Tumbling classes are divided by age and teach the basics of tumbling. Instruction will focus on skills such as forward rolls, whip downs, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, kickovers and will introduce the back walkover.
Beginner 1:

Ages 11 and up


Note: If your child has mastered a strong backbend kickover, they will advance to Novice Tumbling upon the instructor’s
approval.
Novice Tumbling
The Novice Tumbling class is for students who have already achieved a cartwheel and strong round-off. Classes will focus on tumbling skills such as front walkovers, backbend kickovers, back walkovers and will introduce the back handspring through drills and spotting.
Novice 1: Ages 9 and under
Novice 2:
Ages 10 and older
Intermediate Tumbling
Prerequisites:
cartwheel, strong round-off, front walkover, backbend kickover and back walkover The Intermediate Tumbling class is divided by age and is for students who have achieved the skills covered in Novice Tumbling (cartwheel, round-off, back walkover). Students work on achieving the standing back handspring and progress to the running round-off back handspring. STUDENTS MUST MEET THE NOVICE SKILL REQUIREMENTS TO ENROLL IN THIS CLASS.
Intermediate 1:
Ages 10 and under Intermediate 2:
Ages 11 and up
Advanced Tumbling
Prerequisites:
Intermediate skills PLUS 1) standing back handspring, and 2) a running round-off PLUS 3 back handsprings. The Advanced Tumbling class focuses on continuous running back handsprings, the front punch, back tucks, back layouts, and progresses to the back layout and full twisting back.
Tryout Prep with Tumbling
This class is for those who are planning to try out for cheerleader whether as a G-Force allstar or at their school. Instruction focuses on perfecting the skills required for tryouts. Tumbling skills cannot be mastered in a few weeks’ time, so additional tumbling classes or private instruction may be necessary.
Stunts
This class is offered for stunt groups to assist in developing superior techniques and creative stunts. The class offers skills development in areas of cheerleading ranging from recreational and middle school up to college.

Basic Training
Basic Training is a class which teaches the fundamentals of cheerleading: good motions and excellent jumps. Instruction will focus on developing proper technique as well as teaching methods for improvement 
Flyer's Class
Instruction focuses on developing flexibility, balance and confidence while improving technique and form for flyers in stunt groups. Does not involve actual stunting.
